IS YOGA HEALTHY?

Health is a very important part of our life. It is essential for our every day work or activities. It allows us concentrating, working, socialising or sleeping. We can have a good health by eating healthy, sleeping a big amount of hours or doing some extra avtivities such as yoga. Yoga is an activity quite famous in the world which numerous people practice it. It is really relxaing and have relly good consequences on your mental and physical health. Now, I will splain some of the benefits of this curious activity.

It’s well documented that weight-bearing exercise strengthens bones and helps ward off osteoporosis. Many postures in yoga require that you lift your own weight. And some,help strengthen the arm bones.

 An important component of yoga is focusing on the present. Studies have found that regular yoga practice improves coordination, reaction time, memory, and even IQ scores. People who practice Yoga demonstrate the ability to solve problems and acquire and recall information better.

 If your medicine cabinet looks like a pharmacy, maybe it’s time to try yoga. Studies of people with asthma, high blood pressure,  diabetes, and obsessive-compulsive disorder have shown that yoga helped them lower their dosage of medications and sometimes get off them entirely.
